Don Bosco College, Chapaguri, offers a three-year, six-semester programme in Humanities, leading to the degree of Bachelor of Arts (BA). The College offers this programme under affiliation to the Bodoland University, Kokrajhar. The Bodoland University, Kokrajhar is an affiliating state University of Assam, which also offers in-campus study programmes. The Three-year Degree Programme  is offered under the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS).

The College offers honours in six subjects – English, Bodo, Political Science, Education, Economics and History. 

In the years to come the College will offer degree programmes in Science and Commerce leading to the Bachelor’s Degree as well as other academic and professional programmes.
